年功序列制(seniority system)←→能力制(based on performance)

①Will free trade benefit third world countries?(自由貿易第三世界にとって有益か)

There have been a lot of discussions and debates about whether or not free trade will benefit third world countries. Although there are some negative points with free trade, personally, I think free trade will benefit third world countries for following three reasons.

Firstly, trade liberalization will promote developing countries' economic growth by expanding thier markets. their expanded markets will make huge job opportunities and free flow of business which help them to promote economic growth.

Secondly, trade liberalization will help people in developing countries to improve their QOL by satisfying material supply of daily necessities. Free trade allows them to access high quality goods and food at cheaper price, thus improve their QOL

Finally, developing countries can acquire strong support from developed countries because of mutual economic interdependence. Its economic connection protects developed countries from international threats like IS. Therefore, free trade raise security level in developing countries which are especially susceptible to international threats.

In conclusion, for the above-mentioned three reasons, promotion of economic growth, to improve QOL, and to gain developed countries' support, I believe free trade will benefit third world countries.
